General Information
INSIGHT 2025 is October 14-16 at the MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. We encourage you to arrive on Monday, October 13 to pick up your badge, enjoy Vegas, and be ready to kick things off at 9am on Tuesday. Plan to depart Las Vegas on the afternoon of Thursday, October 16 or Friday morning.

Yes, we have group pass offerings available for our attendees. To purchase additional passes, click the "see our group order promotions" button when registering.
Attendees may purchase a pass with a credit card or by using training units. Attendees will need 25 training units to redeem per conference pass. An option to use training units will be available during the registration process. Please make sure to have your NetApp purchase order or sales order ready when you register.
Customers and partners may purchase passes, bulk passes, and bundles on a credit card or wire transfer.
Hotels and travel
If you need to apply for a travel visa, here is a letter you can use with information about the event. Simply fill out all the items highlighted in yellow, then contact your local embassy.
In partnership with the MGM Grand Hotel, we’ve secured a room rate of $198 per night October 13-15, and $148 for October 16, the main conference dates.
All hotel nights are the responsibility of the attendee. The NetApp INSIGHT 2025 conference pass will not cover hotel nights for customers, partners, or employees.
Hotel stays may be booked through the NetApp INSIGHT 2025 registration system. Attendees will be prompted to book a hotel upon completion of their registration. If attendees book the hotel outside of registration, NetApp cannot guarantee the negotiated rate.

You bet. The Club at NetApp INSIGHT 2025 is a world class meeting program that offers a variety of ways for current and future customers to meet with NetApp executives and technical experts away from the hubbub of the conference. Bookings will be available soon.
Yes. The NetApp INSIGHT 2025 mobile app will be an integral part of the event with program guides, schedule builders, and event updates, and will even tell you when to go eat lunch. We encourage every attendee to download the app before arriving at the event to give you a head start on organizing the week. Stay tuned for details on how to download the app.
